Tom Khorram founded Fidelity Guaranty Funding (FGF) in 2004.  He is currently the President and Broker of Record of the company responsible for all aspects of the business.  FGF is active in residential, commercial, construction, land development and business loan financing.  Tom is committed to running a real estate and business financing firm that is well respected.  He leads a team of professionals who excel in providing creative financing solutions with highest customer care that meets all borrower's requirements.  Tom started his finance career as a Mortgage Consultant for Bankers Alliance, a national Mortgage Banker/Broker funding over $20M in his first year in business.  He then founded the San Francisco branch of Franklin Financial Group before founding Fidelity Guaranty Funding.

Originally from Iran, he spent four years in Europe while attending high school and learning German and French.  He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of California at Davis.  He has over 16 years of sales and management experience in finance and high-tech industries, and is highly involved in the expansion of the business.  He is committed to continually search for innovative ways to help clients strengthen their real estate investments.  What people appreciate most about him is his commitment to educate clients and colleagues about the ever changing field of real estate and business finance before making potentially their biggest financial decision of their life.

Tom is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with California Department of Real Estate (DRE), a Licensed Mortgage Originator with National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) , a member of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals (CAMP), San Francisco Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.  He has been a Bay Area resident for the past 16 years, speaks fluent English, Farsi and has an extensive knowledge in French, German and Turkish.  Tom is an avid athlete, holds a black belt in Karate, has played competitive soccer and tennis, and is an extreme skiier.
